What does a standard turnover include?
Sheets and towels washed and beds made, kitchen and bathrooms sanitized, dishes done and put away, floors swept, mopped and vacuumed, trash out, high-touch surfaces wiped, amenities restocked, a damage and function check, and before-and-after photos with a report.
When will my cleaners arrive?
Usually between 11 AM and 3 PM. Traffic means we can’t promise an exact start time, but we do guarantee your home is done before your next guest checks in.
Will the same cleaner come every time?
We aim to send the same cleaners every time, and every home has a backup cleaner, all trained the same way. Someone who knows your place always shows up — and notices when something is out of place.
I need a clean tomorrow. Can you do it?
Book at least 24 hours ahead and your clean is guaranteed. Inside 24 hours we’ll go out of our way to fit you in, but can’t promise availability.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Cleaners bring all equipment and cleaning products. You supply dish soap, laundry detergent and guest consumables — or we can buy them for you at cost ($5 minimum).
Do you take a percentage of my rental revenue?
Never. You pay a flat price per clean. Your listing, pricing and payouts stay 100% yours.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Every cleaner on every job is covered.
Can I use my own accent pillows, throws and staging?
Absolutely. Add notes and staging photos to your account once and every clean follows them.
What if my guest extends their stay?
Let us know at least 2 hours before the clean starts. If our team is already on the way or at the door, there’s a $30 per cleaner fee.
