Is this a franchise?

It works like one without the franchise model. You keep your own company, team and name. Hostkeyper sends you short-term rental jobs in your city, and you deliver them to the Hostkeyper standard.

Where do the jobs come from?

Hosts contact Hostkeyper for help in cities where we don’t run our own crews. Instead of turning them away, we match them with a vetted partner in that city.

How do I get paid, and is there a fee?

Partner terms, including how jobs are priced and paid, are covered on your vetting call so they fit your market.

How many jobs will I get?

It depends on host demand in your city. Partners who score well after their first jobs become our Preferred Partner there and get first pick of new hosts.

What if a job doesn’t go well?

We check in with the host and with you after the first cleans and score each job. We’ll work with you to fix issues. Partners who can’t meet the standard stop receiving jobs.

Do you work with solo cleaners?

Yes, if you have short-term rental experience and a backup plan for days you can’t make it. Tell us about your setup in the application.
