- Fill out the “Tell us about your rental” form or book a free call: your name, email, phone number, property city and listing link, property details (bedrooms, bathrooms, beds, washer and dryer), the services you need, how you heard about us, your notes and your chosen call time.
- Download our free checklist: your name, email and phone number.
- Apply to the Partner Network: your company name, contact details, the cities you serve, business details and links you share.
- Subscribe to our newsletter: your email address.
- Book or pay for a clean through our booking system: booking, property access and payment details, which are handled by our booking provider.
We also automatically receive basic technical information when you visit our website, such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, through cookies and similar tools.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, schedule your call and give you a quote
- To provide, schedule and manage cleaning and property care services
- To send booking confirmations, reminders, photo reports and service updates
- To call or text you about your request or service
- To send the checklist, newsletter and occasional hosting tips (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- To review Partner Network applications and connect hosts with partners

How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers who help us operate, such as Google (email, Sheets and Calendar), our online booking and payment provider, our scheduling tool and our email newsletter tool.
- Hostkeyper partner companies, when you ask us to find you a cleaning team in a city we don't serve directly. We share only what they need to contact you and quote your property.
- Our cleaning team members, who receive the property details and access instructions needed to do the job.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Hostkeyper, our clients or others.
Cookies
Our website may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as well without them.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide services, keep business records and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
